2-How do I order my logo design?
To order your logo design, all you have to do is fill out the online Logo21 Request FORM or contact Logo21 customer service by phone, e-mail or fax to help you order.
3-How do I pay for my logo design?
After you have filled out the submission form we will call you to confirm your order and discuss the payment method. We accept cheques, money orders and PayPal Online payment. Paypal is a secure online payment company. It lets any business or consumer with an e-mail address securely, conveniently, and cost-effectively send and receive payments online.
4-What information or materials will you need from us to complete the project ?
So we can start working on your project, you will be asked to tell us about your company business. You will need to fill out the Logo21 Request Form. Please tell us as much as you can to get creative juices flowing so we can create a custom logo design for you.
5-How long does it take before I can see the initial logo design concepts?
As soon as you have filled out the request form and completed payment, your own Logo21 designers will start to work on your project. You will be able to see the initial logo design concepts within 3 business days, WOW!!
6-How do I communicate with Logo21?
Any way you like. You can communicate with Logo21 through e-mail, fax and phone. We sometimes even get mail from the post office !
7-How many revisions will you provide for my chosen logo?
As many as you need. That's our guarantee.
8-What if I’m not satisfied with the initial logo design concepts?
Well, this is a very good question. The artwork that you are commissioning is based on the description and communication of your need. If you already have a definite style that you like or if you want a specific image, you must say so.
Because taste is very subjective we recommend our clients form a logo selection group of 3 or 5 people. Develop a scoring system and take secret votes. Eliminate the low scores. Then discuss the pros and cons of the logos still in the running ( usually 2 or 3). Upon choosing one, determine what you feel would make it better. We will work with you and provide touch-ups and redraws to your heart's desire. If no design meets your style, we will refund you, Now that's a deal!
9-How and on what formats will my artwork will be delivered?
Your artwork will be saved in different formats so you are ready for the web and print.
You will get the EPS vector resizable formats for print and the GIF, JPEG and high resolution TIFF image for the web.
All files will be zipped and sent to you via e-mail or, if you prefer, they can be saved on a CD and mailed to you all with the help of a guide to assist you in using your new design.
